Be sly and FLY

What is it to be sly?

You are honest, open, simple, straightforward and unclever in most of the decisions you make. Yet you did not realize most of these qualities about yourself until reading this just now. You constantly ask yourself  “Why isn’t my life running so smoothly like other people’s?”, “Why can’t I be more confident and intelligent with the small and simple things in life?” and inevitably wonder how you can make your life, the “agreeable” life. Yes, people say “Don’t try and be someone else, be yourself” and all that jazz but there are times where being yourself just doesn’t cut it, you want to be BETTER.

What if i told you or better yet, showed you that you can in fact accomplish these changes in your lifestlye by applying just a few very simple steps. Be warned that you should not “utilize” these steps and skills but more or less “adapt” to them, make these steps become part of your everyday life. Being Sly helps you on the streets, and in your social life so lets begin with Step 1.

Step 1 – Wear the Right Clothing: Dark clothing/Things that can hide you away a little bit can subconsciously make you act smarter and give you that aura of slickness. Do NOT mask your face, as you will be seen as a strange person. Avoid full masks, but hoodies and sunglasses are all ok!

Step 2 – Be Secretive: If you have done something wrong, pretend you haven’t done it and walk away, It might be a blow off if after committing something bad, staying there and watching! This step requires a lot and i mean A LOT of confidence, most people will struggle with this step but as you practice more with this “skill” you’ll realize its not that hard and you will tend to get away with a lot of things.

Step 3 – Always Carry Money: Scam people off, but don’t do it too often. Let people nag around before sharing any of your money. This will show them that they have to “deserve” your attention, as they will act more respectful to you. You want people to know that you are higher in the social hierarchy.

Step 4 – Don’t Speak When It Is Not Necessary: Being quiet and just listening helps you build upon your shrewdness. Being a quiet and laidback person gives you a strong trait, and will also show people that you are a little bit mystical. Sly people need a lot of information, and this is a great chance to record what your friends are saying.

Step 5 – Be Mentally Strong: A person that runs around, trying to please everyone, will never be sly. Do NOT do actions that you feel uncomfortable about. Be the leader, not the wimp and BOOST YOUR EGO!

Step 6 – Pretend like you should be “Doing something more important at the moment”: Bearing a thoughtful glance will make people wonder what you are thinking about, as it will give you the same strong trait. If you don’t feel interested in what your friends are talking about, do not pretend to either! Put out worthless answers like; “Alright.” or “I don’t know.” As they begin to understand that you aren’t interested, try to start another topic to talk about. One that interests you.

Step 7 – Be Serious: Do not joke around too much, as you will be less aware of what you say. Try to hold your ground, as you talk clear and calmly. Having a sharp look from a time to another will make people respect you. However, being specific and strong doesn’t mean that you should be nasty. Try giving people a slight smile when talking to them, and answer them in the right way. You will never earn respect, being a mean person.

Remember:

  • Don’t give away secrets
  • Pretend to be innocent
  • Be clever, always think a way around something
  • Be kind and sharp
  • Shrewd and Sly men and women are all mentally strong people. Before jumping right into it, practise being a strong and self-confident person. Without any strong traits, you will never be seen as a sly person.
